The spokesman for the Coalition for the Restoration of Legitimacy in Yemen, Colonel Turki al-Maliki, the possession of evidence to prove to the world that Iran is involved in supporting the Houthis.

"We proved to the world at the press conference that the ballistic missiles being sent by the Houthis are made by Iran," he said in an interview with CNN. "The wreckage of the Iranian missiles was re-installed in Yemen and a missile was seized before it was launched.

Maliki explained that the methodology of Iran depends on denying its hostile actions in the region, and that any criminal in the world is to deny when faced with his crime.

In response to CNN anchor Becky Andersson's question on how to smuggle these missiles into Yemen, Colonel al-Maliki explained that the smuggling of rockets did not begin from Iran, but from the southern suburbs of Beirut, where they were transported via Syria to Iran, Send them by sea by what we call the mother boat, or mother ship, to Yemen.

He explained that the port of Hodeidah has become the main point of smuggling ballistic missiles and other weapons to Yemen.

Colonel al-Maliki cited the detention of the US Navy, Australian and French to a number of ships loaded with weapons on their way to Yemen, which proves the violation of the Iranian regime of UN resolutions 2216 and 2231.

In response to a question about the kingdom's purchase of American weapons, al-Maliki said that we use these weapons to defend our homeland and to confront Houthi terrorism and preserve the security of the region from Iran's ambitions. He stressed that the Kingdom has the right to respond to its security threat with missiles supported by Iran. In accordance with the Charter of the United Nations and international law.

He also stressed that the coalition led by the Kingdom is not looking for a strategy to get out of Yemen and that the entry into the war was not an option where the military intervention was at the request of President Abd Rabo Mansour Hadi, stressing that the goal of military operations is clear is the restoration of the Yemeni legitimate government recognized by the international community .

Maliki also stressed that the alliance has a clear strategy in reaching its strategic goal, but it is important to bear in mind that the war in Yemen is not against an official army, but a terrorist militia.

Maliki also pointed out that the return of the legitimate government in Yemen is not only the responsibility of the Kingdom but the responsibility of the international community, stressing the possibility of reaching a political solution based on UN resolutions, but based on Security Council Resolution 2140, Houthi obstructs the political solution and therefore the Houthis should prevail The Yemeni people have no personal interests and they must end cooperation and relations with the Iranian government if they want to stabilize Yemen.
