The fire of the Abadan Petrochemical Complex in southern Iran killed one of the leading Iranian Revolutionary Guards militia, along with a large number of dead and wounded.
Abadan is a global oil refining center, north of Ahwaz, and a financier of the Houthi terrorist militia.
