The budget of 2019 better than its predecessors .. and witnessing an increase in the allocations of the provinces

The head of the House of Representatives Mohamed Halboussi, Sunday, that "this year's budget will be better than its predecessors by providing all the needs of the provinces."
A statement to the Information Office of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, that "Halbusi accompanied by a parliamentary delegation arrived at the building of the province of Babylon and held a meeting with the governor and members of the Council to see the reality of the province."
"The budget this year will be better than its predecessors by providing sufficient funds for the development of regions and increase allocations of the provinces."
And called for, "to stay away from political problems and provide all the needs of the people of Babylon services."
"The deterioration of service conditions in Babylon is due to poor planning and lack of funds to complete the projects stalled."
