    confirmed a member of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan ( PUK ), Ghazi Faisal Kakaia Saturday, the presence of "great optimism" meeting expected today between his party and the Kurdistan Democratic Party , and among the remaining point of disagreement concerning the Bmansbi Minister of Justice and the Governor of Kirkuk , pointed out that his party would resort to " Plan B "in the event of democratization to amend the law of the Presidency of the Territory without the participation of the National Union .

    Kakai said in an interview with Alsumaria News that "we have great optimism of the meeting expected today between the Union and the Kurdistan Democratic because there is no alternative for us all from dialogue and agreement because each party has a mass weight in areas of influence," noting that "the Union confirmed during an internal meeting held yesterday on his demands Which was included in the dialogue paper included 18 Article, which had a great convergence except for one paragraph on resolving the problem of the posts of the Ministry of Justice and the Governor of Kirkuk, which are the eligibility of the Union.

    He added that the position of the Union of the issue of the presidency of the Kurdistan region is clear and we pointed out that it is unreasonable and acceptable to amend the powers of the presidency of the region without the presence and approval of the National Union, "pointing out that" our demands within the overall perspective represents Plan A, And amend the law of the Presidency of the Territory without the presence or participation of the Union we will resort to the Plan B prepared by the National Union. 

    "The Union remains committed to Plan A and to solve problems according to dialogue and consensus and no choice between us and the Kurdish Democratic, but to resolve all differences by understanding and agreement." 

    The Presidency of the Parliament of Kurdistan lifted the meeting of the Council, held on Friday (1 March 2019), to another notice after the continuation of the boycott of members of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan for the meeting.
