U.S. Embassy warns its citizens against traveling through Baghdad International Airport at the moment

BAGHDAD / WAP / warned the U.S. Embassy in Iraq nationals from traveling through the airport in Baghdad until the eighth of this April, attributed the reason for this is to "specific threat" to security.
The embassy said in a press statement received received news agency Baghdad International / WAP / copy of which she was "banned their employees to use the Baghdad International Airport at the moment," stating that it "urged U.S. citizens in all parts of Iraq to be cautious."
The embassy added that "this will continue to be cautious until the eighth of April current" and attributed the reason that "there was a specific threat to security."
The embassy advised U.S. citizens to "avoid attracting attention and change the days and timings and routes of travel in addition to exercise caution while driving and when entering or leaving their cars." / End
