      BAGHDAD - The government performance monitoring committee on Thursday presented the results of its monitoring of the performance of Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi and the percentages of the government program.[/size]
     
    The committee said in a press statement to its members during a press conference, “We have exercised our duties in a transparent manner to ensure the fullest achievement. The government announced in June the results of its work. During the follow-up in the ministries and hosting, we have been careful to announce the results to come out with transparent results. ”
     
    The statement added that "the report was handed over to the Presidency of the Parliament and will be presented in the sessions after the end of the legislative recess, and will not present the report now, and pending formal discussion."
     
    He pointed out that "the completion rates of most projects zero percent and this is a violation of timing."
     
    In turn, MP Mohammed al-Baldawi said that the program was not in line with the plans presented, and this is one of the reasons for the diffraction, in addition to the lack of fulfillment of the promised government remedies, whether to eliminate unemployment or control security and reform the situation of prisons and ration card and the situation of the displaced, which did not actually happen We have not found any significant change. ”
     
    He continued: “The report talked about reducing oil areas and ending traffic congestion, but we found many differences between what is announced and what was actually applied on the ground, as there is no coordination between the work of the ministries or the state of integration between them and the Ministry of Finance did not give financial allocations for many projects that caused Projects stopped due to customizations. ”
     
    For his part, MP Hazem al-Khalidi said that "the government program relied on the theoretical framework, and the practical framework was weak, and the problems are still large and did not provide solutions to the problems of citizens such as housing crisis, unemployment and poverty, and the program did not put steps to address the problems of ration card and lack of medicines."
     
    As for the member of the committee, Thawra al-Halafi pointed out that “the government program overlooks human rights, the relationship between the region and the center and the laws stipulated by the constitution. The program deals with the situation of the Peshmerga and did not put a real vision of the situation of the Popular Mobilization and the sacrifices made.
     
    The committee announced its recommendations on the implementation of the government program, stressing “the use of actual and scientific criteria and achieving hosting to achieve the government program. The government has priorities in fighting corruption, reviewing some economic legislation and adopting electronic inter-ministerial exchanges to reduce red tape. ”
