/ Mawazine News / publishes the text of the Administrative Court’s decision regarding a lawsuit filed by members of the provincial councils against the Speaker of Parliament, Muhammad al-Halbousi.
The lawsuit related to the appeal in the parliament session, which included voting on the decision to dissolve the provincial councils.
According to the documents, the court decided to accept the lawsuit, its form and legal response.
