    The Federal Integrity Commission announced the issuance of a recruitment order against the First Deputy Governor of Nineveh, stating that the order was issued in accordance with the provisions of Article (315) of the Penal Code.
    A statement issued by the authority received / information /, a copy of it, that “the recruitment order issued by the judicial investigation authority specialized in integrity issues in Nineveh against the first deputy governor of Nineveh province; Petroleum products - Nineveh branch; for the purpose of implementing paving and street covering.
    The statement added, "Although the price of the products, amounting to (2,359,500,000) billion dinars, was paid by the Nineveh Governorate, the materials were not delivered to the relevant authorities, which are the municipalities, roads and bridges directorates in Nineveh and the Mosul Municipality."
    He explained that "the recruitment order in the case in which the commission investigated and referred it to the judiciary was issued in accordance with the provisions of Article (315) of the Penal Code." Ended / 25

    , The Federal Integrity Commission announced, on Thursday, the issuance of a recruitment order against the First Deputy Governor of Nineveh, indicating that the order was issued in accordance with the provisions of Article (315) of the Penal Code.
    In its statement on the details of the case, the Investigation Department of the commission indicated, in a statement that Mawazine News received a copy of, that “the recruitment order issued by the Judicial Investigative Authority concerned with integrity issues in Nineveh against the First Deputy Governor of Nineveh; he came for having issued letters of support Petroleum products (white oil, fuel oil, and Siali) from the Oil Products Distribution Company - Nineveh branch, for the purpose of implementing paving and street cladding.
    The department added, "Although the price of the products, amounting to (2,359,500,000) billion dinars, was paid by the Nineveh Governorate, the materials were not delivered to the relevant authorities, which are the municipalities, roads, and bridges directorates in Nineveh and the Mosul municipality."
