, Thursday, the Council of Ministers referred the draft child protection law, which was reviewed by the State Council, to the House of Representatives, based on the provisions of Articles (61 / first - 80 / second) of the constitution.
And the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers stated in a statement that Mawazine News received a copy of it, that "the law aims to secure the necessary protection for the child from all forms of violence, force, physical or psychological abuse, neglect or exploitation, and prohibits child trafficking, enslavement, coercion to work, or exploitation of children." in any way or to involve it in armed conflict.
She added, "The law also aims to provide a role for social, psychological, health, educational and accommodation protection for a child who suffers from family disintegration or who has lost the care of one or both parents for any reason, and to secure all his needs." Ended 29/A 4
