An informed source revealed, Thursday, the real reason behind the aggravation of the gasoline and gasoline crisis in Baghdad and the provinces, indicating that the crisis caused great harm to farmers and drivers of trucks loaded with food commodities and perishable agricultural crops.
The source said in a statement to / the information /, that “the main reason behind the gasoline and gasoil crisis is borne by the General Company for the Distribution of Oil Products, by equipping private and government fuel stations in a (natural) way after it canceled (standard equipment), which led to the refusal of the owners of the private stations to receive the product. The source explained, "The failure of the Ministry of Oil to respond to the demands of the owners of private stations prompted them to strike and not to receive oil products in the way of natural processing."
