On Sunday, the Minister of Finance, Taif Sami, directed the formation of an investigative committee regarding the occurrence of administrative violations in the real estate bank and the state real estate branch in Al-Diwaniyah Governorate.
The ministry stated in a statement, "The Minister of Finance, Taif Sami, directed the formation of an investigative committee after receiving information about the Integrity Commission seizing a group of disclosure reports in violation of the regulations and instructions of the Real Estate Bank branch and the state real estate branch in Al-Diwaniyah Governorate."
She added, "In this regard, the ministerial committee in charge of conducting all urgent administrative investigations related to this case, coordinating jointly with the Integrity Commission to reach the truth and nature of the observed violations, holding the parties or persons involved in them accountable, and bringing those who prove their involvement in the violations to the judiciary to receive their punishment according to what it decides." Iraqi laws and regulations in force.
