The Investment Authority confirms the soundness of its legal and administrative procedures in granting licenses for its projects

{Local: Al-Furat News} The National Investment Authority confirmed, today, Monday, the soundness of its legal and administrative procedures in granting licenses for its projects.
The authority’s media stated in a statement received by {Al-Furat News}, that “all its legal and administrative procedures are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the law and the relevant decisions of the Council of Ministers, and its decisions are not subject to courtesies, and that the context of its work is fixed as stipulated in Investment Law No. (13) of 2006 as amended.”
The National Investment Authority called on the legislative institution, members of the House of Representatives, and all supervisory institutions to support its efforts aimed at revitalizing the investment movement, enhancing the elements of confidence in the Iraqi investment environment, and supporting its procedural plans in the context of the government program, while noting the observed cases and treating them by law.
