between the central government and the State of Law coalition on the one
hand, and Kurdistan region represented by Kurdistan Alliance on the
other hand is recently worsened after the approval of the federal budget
without meeting the demands of Kurds were state budget approved in a
voting session of parliament with the absence of all deputies of
