the problem of infrastructure services for several reasons.

of completion for projects because of the elections and delays in the
formation of the provincial councils, the Presidency of the Council of
deputies to insert code in the voting infrastructure to solve the
    problem in Iraq."

Almerapi said that "the Parliament could
include strict control procedures in the law to ensure that encircle the
corruption", calling for the national coalition to block "decisive and
resolute attitude in case of not putting the law to a vote."

    Member
of the Economic Committee pointed out that "the ministries could not
work more than six months in the year due to the delay in approving the
federal budget that is repeated every year.

    Prime Minister Nouri

sidelines of the Parliament building to host, to vote on the Bill, with
the project includes removing abuses and abusers, it will contract with
solid companies from Japan, Korea and China to implement infrastructure

The Iraqi list led by Iyad Allawi

infrastructure without amendments and called for the identification of
the geographical areas where the implementation of projects after the
legislation law, the description of the State of law Coalition MP Abbas
Al-Bayati, some Deputies rejected the law of infrastructure "and
