" The embassy said that " the presidential envoy Macgork praised Prime Minister Haider al -Abadi to reach an agreement with the International Monetary Fund for a loan of a three - year , $ 5.4 billion US dollars, is expected to benefit from an additional $ 12 billion international Iraq in economic support and theestablishment of micro - economic framework that would enable Iraq to return to economic stability and growth.
