Vice-law confirms the nomination of the Commission routinely form and the Committee of Experts do not take them out

MP for the rule of law Mansour Baaja, today, said that the Committee of Experts has elected her president of Amer Khuzaie represented by the Attorney and his deputy, Salah al-Jubouri.
Baaja said in an interview for "direction" that "the decision of the Committee of the Kurdistan Alliance and has yet to be nominated," noting that "the election of compromise in the Committee of Experts and quotas between the political blocs."
He explained that the "form, which will be announced in the internet to provide candidates for the commission" will be subject to quotas and until the announcement of the nomination of nine people, the UNHCR would be just a routine is not taken by the Committee of Experts. "
He pointed out that "there are no pressures on the Committee of Experts, because each political bloc has chosen two of its members representing the bloc in committee," adding that "the masses dictate to the candidates of Representatives in the Committee of Experts, confirming the return of the same as the previous Commission through quotas, but in another way."
And between that "the House of Representatives and all the political blocs to have the idea of merging the elections because the Council of Ministers wanted to be in the month of September and the Commission has asked the House to complete the election law in February, and we are in the middle of the month of March and the Committee of Experts has not been resolved Election Commission Act."
He explained that "there loiter by the Committee of Experts until the postponement of the elections and merged with the parliamentary elections in 2018".
