Baghdad/ Iraq TradeLink: US Defence Department (The Pentagon) announced that "no orders were
received on safe areas in Syria or Iraq.
This statement followed the announcement of the US State Secretary Rex Tillerson that the United States will enhance its pressures against the terrorists in Syria and Iraq, as well as forming "temporary stability areas" in both countries.
Secretary Tillerson added that this move to empower the displaced people to return to their homes, on later stage.
Many times, the western media quoted US President Donald Trump of his intention to form secured areas in Syria, but the previous administration of President Barrack Obama rejected this idea.
