Riyadh responds to accusations by Tehran: There is no evidence of involvement of Saudi extremists in the attacks

BERLIN, June 7 (Reuters) - Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir rejected a charge from Iran's Revolutionary Guards that Saudi Arabia was responsible for two attacks in Tehran on Wednesday.
In a speech in Berlin, al-Jubair said he condemned the terrorist attacks wherever they were, but added that there was no evidence that Saudis were responsible for the attacks in the Iranian capital, adding that he did not know who was responsible.
He said there was no specific catalyst for cutting ties with Qatar but said there was a long list of complaints.
The deputy commander of Iran's Revolutionary Guard, on Wednesday, accused Saudi Arabia of being behind the attacks in Tehran.
The deputy commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard vowed to avenge the organization of the Da'ash and its allies after the group claimed responsibility for two attacks in Tehran on Wednesday, killing at least 12 people.
"There should be no doubt that we will retaliate for today's attacks in Tehran from the terrorists, their subordinates and their supporters," state media quoted Brigadier General Hussein Salami as saying.
The Revolutionary Guard also said in a statement published by state media that "it has proven in the past that it is avenging all innocent blood" in Iran.
The organization "Da'ash" claimed responsibility for the two armed attacks that occurred in the capital Tehran at close times, the first attacks of the organization within Iranian territory, which killed 12 people and 43 injured. Finished
