Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi rejected the accusations made by US President Donald Trump to China, stressing that Beijing never interferes in the affairs of other countries.
"I would like to emphasize that China has always adhered to the principle of non-interference in the affairs of other countries, and this is our traditional policy," Wang Yi said at a UN Security Council meeting on Wednesday.
"We reject these accusations against China, which are unfounded."
This came in response to accusations by US President Donald Trump of China that it is trying to interfere in the upcoming congressional elections in November. According to Trump, Beijing does not want the Republican Party to win because of the administration's current stance on trade with China.End 25 n
