Committee discussed the economy and investment representative with the Securities and financial control reasons for delay in the final accounts.
The Commission said in a statement received by the agency all of Iraq [where] a copy of it today that the "Committee for Economy and Investment hosted last Wednesday in a meeting chaired by MP Mohammed al-Saadi, Vice-Chairman of the Committee, representatives from the Securities Commission and the Office of Financial Supervision."
He added that "the meeting, which took place to discuss the reasons for the delay send the final accounts of companies to the Office of Financial Supervision."
It is said that the government has not received the final accounts for several years to parliament and are approving Almozanat and one after the other without knowing the final accounts. "
A number of members of the House of Representatives objected to the reading of the draft budget law for fiscal 2013 because of the government's failure to provide the final accounts for the current year budget.
As Ezzat member of the Integrity Commission Parliamentary high Nassif reluctance of the government to provide the final accounts, not to determine the mechanism of exchange by the Ministry of Finance, when he gives the provinces and ministries money, pointing to the existence of a great imbalance in the subject, because of lack of knowledge of Parliament surplus of money awarded.
