    BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraq's central bank has announced that Iraq will receive more than four and a half billion dollars from the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, along with the seven major industrialized nations and international organizations and institutions as soft loans to help Iraq overcome its financial crisis.
