    The continued investment in research and development as well as the continued growth and innovation in consumer products is reflected in Huawei's rise to the list for the third consecutive year. InterBrand Consulting announced its annual report for the 2017 World's Best Brands, confirming that Huawei has advanced its ranking in 2016 to the 70th place on the list, with Huawei's brand increasing by 14% over last year to reach US $ 6.676 billion . According to the Interbrand report, Huawei is accelerating digital transformation in the world and building a more connected world by launching improved networks. This has contributed to a 14% rapid growth in brand value and the impact of the Chinese company in the world. According to industry analysis issued by IDC, Huawei's shipments of smartphones made it the largest smartphone manufacturer in China and the third largest smartphone manufacturer in the world in the second quarter of this year.     The director of the Jihad Agricultural Foundation in Mehran said that 77 thousand tons of agricultural products were exported during the first half of this year to Iraq from the port of Mehran border. The volume of exports from the port of Mehran to Iraq reached 20 million dollars during the last six months. He added that among the exported agricultural products were the most red watermelon (raki) and the least decorative plants. The Director of Agriculture in Mehran, the decline in the volume of exports by 15% compared to the same period last year because of saturation of the Iraqi market. The volume of exports of agricultural products last year from the port of Mehran border was 151 thousand tons.

    Iraq's agriculture ministry said on Monday it plans to grow 1.6 million hectares of wheat during the 2017-2018 season. "The figure is less than 1.8 million hectares planted last year," Mehdi al-Qaisi, the agriculture ministry's technical agent, said in a statement. He said it was too early to estimate the volume of production but hoped to exceed or close to last year's target production of 3.65 million tonnes. While the Ministry of Commerce confirmed that it had bought 2.38 million tons of domestic wheat in the 2017 season, while the Ministry of Agriculture estimates the highest at 3.1 million tons. Iraq supplies between 4.5 and 5 million tonnes, which means a gap of more than 1 million tons per year.
