    The Committee on Education in the House of Representatives, the Ministry of Education to waste 146 billion dinars on the projects of school buildings to no avail and not compatible with quality standards, and while the Baghdad Provincial Council revealed the exposure of some of the iron schools to collapse on the heads of educational cadres and students, pointing out that the capital needs 800 School to break the tripartite time.

    Al-Azzawi pointed out that "Baghdad needs in this school year to 800 schools to break the tripartite time." 
    She explained that "each class of 70 to 90 students," explaining that "this is a large number per class and because of the lack of schools in Baghdad."
    For her part, said member of the Committee on Education Parliamentary Sajda Effendi for "range" "The investigative committees in the parliamentary session reached information that the waste of money by companies working in the education sector and building schools." 
    She continued by saying that "parliamentary education has obtained the approval of the House of Representatives to form a new investigative committee to achieve the waste of 146 billion dinars to implement school construction projects by companies." 
    She explained that "the parliamentary education in the matter of raising a memorandum to the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers to implement projects to build schools through payment mechanisms on time and to put the Council of Ministers control of the implementation of projects to support the education sector." 
    She pointed out that "the parliamentary education will achieve the waste of funds wasted by companies in the implementation of construction of schools and financial value of 146 billion."
    For his part, said Assistant Educational Supervision in the Ministry of Education, Mohamed Ibrahimi for "Mada" that "the construction of schools of steel structures delayed by companies for reasons of lack of liquidity." 
    Brahimi said that "the ministry is working to reduce the routine between companies and the ministry to complete the schools of steel structures that have been contracted over the past years."
