Stop wasting about 44 billion dinars from the contracts of the Ministry of Agriculture
BAGHDAD, June 6 (KUNA) - The Office of the Inspector-General of the Ministry of Agriculture (MoI) has managed to stop the waste of (43,968,204,000) billion dinars on the basis of the observations (1/1/2016 to 30/4/2017) In the field of auditing government contracts.
Inspector General of the Ministry of Agriculture, Ibrahim Humaid Al-Zubaidi confirmed this, pointing out that his office has audited (18) government contracts totaling (214,284,999,000) billion dinars and (18,337,000) million dollars during the same period, in addition to the audit of (2530) agricultural contracts.
The Inspector-General of the Ministry of Agriculture referred to the referral of 7 employees to the Integrity and Judiciary Authority, and judicial decisions against 46 employees, in addition to the establishment of 111 investigative committees. Finished
