    MP of the coalition of state law, led by Vice President Nuri al-Maliki, Mansour al-Baiji, on Wednesday, there is no signs to resolve the debate on the laws of the budget and elections within the parliament, noting that "each political bloc looking for its own interests and factional away from the interest of the country."
    Al-Baiji said in a statement received by the «Journal News» that "the presentation of the laws of the budget and elections on the agenda of the meeting on Sunday is to shed the ash in the eyes of most," noting that "the differences continue between the political blocs on the laws of the budget and elections and there is no signs to resolve the crisis especially since each political bloc Looking for their own interests and factionalism away from the interest of the country. "
    He added that "the political process in the country was built on the basis of quotas and consensual interests of political parties and blocs and because of this we have come to a meltdown of financial and administrative corruption and the disruption of important laws within the House of Representatives."
    He explained that "this tug on the laws of the budget and elections of some political blocs just electoral propaganda, especially as we are coming to the elections during the few months, so was fabricated this crisis and the disruption of the work of the House of Representatives whenever they include these laws."
    Al-Baiji said that "the closer the election date, the more demands of the political blocs and pressure towards the laws in which the election propaganda, which leads to the disruption because of the many demands by the political blocs, as now happened in the budget law."
    Al-Baiji pointed out that "the survival of the matter on what is drawn from the pull and attraction in terms of these important and sensitive laws, the House of Representatives will not legislate nor the law will spend the remaining time of the life of parliament in political conflicts and this is borne by all the political blocs because of their differences and the fact that reflected negatively on the work of the Council Deputies ".
    Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi called on Parliament to speed up the adoption of the budget this year and not to delay it.
