, the First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, stressed today, Sunday, the need to solve the problem of contract holders.
And his media office stated in a statement that "Mawazine News" received a copy of it, that "the First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, chaired an expanded meeting of the Parliamentary Higher Education Committee, in the presence of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Nabil Abdel Sahib, and the advanced cadre in the ministry."
He added, "Al-Mandlawi called on the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research to solve the problem of contract holders who have served for more than two years and install them on permanent owners according to the Food Security Law, and to address the issue of contracts after 10/2/2019, and to equalize them with their peers, as well as to listen to the demands of Students related to the transit and upload system, the supplementary role for postgraduate studies, and the system of multiple attempts with wages, and work to develop appropriate solutions to all of this.
Al-Mandalawi stressed, according to the statement, "the need to take the necessary solutions to all the obstacles facing students of primary and higher studies, whether inside or outside Iraq," stressing "the parliament's support for everything related to the work of the Ministry of Education and its universities and institutions concerned with human-building and the progress of the country."
Al-Mandalawi called on the ministry to "answer the questions and inquiries of members of the House of Representatives to reach results that can be applied on the ground to address all the problems raised." Ended 29/M99
