Dhi Qar province on Saturday accused the Ministry of Youth and Sports of exceeding its powers through the introduction of sports facilities in the province for investment without coordination with the local government in the province, while waving to resort to the judiciary to address the decisions of the ministry, noted that the Dhi Qar suffer from a lack of sports facilities and that the investment will be denied Slice athletes and citizens from their use and weigh heavily on them financially.
