    [rtl]The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research confirmed that the families of the martyrs and the political prisoners are exempt from granting the conditions of the academic leave.[/rtl]

    [rtl]He added that "this exemption also extends from the policeman of age and rate and service upon admission to government and private institutions and undergraduate studies and primary and higher inside and outside Iraq."[/rtl]
