The coalition of state law on Sunday that all phones to officials in the Iraqi government monitored by foreign countries to know their intentions, stressing that the monitoring process is done with the knowledge of all officials.
A member of the coalition MP Adnan al-Asadi said in an interview that the government must provide a special internal institution to protect Iraqi space by a wall that prevents penetration and espionage and control of communications because the Iraqi space is open to all countries.
"There is no Iraqi authority that can prevent and counter this espionage," he said. "This requires sufficient funds to establish a special system to protect Iraqi policy from external interference and espionage."
