Russia sends UN clarification on the exit of civilians from Ghouta

The Russian Defense Ministry announced on Thursday that it had sent a clarification to UN Special Envoy to Syria Stephane de Mistura on measures to provide civilians with exit from the eastern Ghouta.
"Defense Minister General Sergey Schweigo, through diplomatic channels, sent an explanation to the Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations on Syria, Stefan de Mistura, on a series of actions carried out by the Russian Center for Reconciling the Warring Parties, Russian Federation.
"With the mandate of Putin, the reconciliation center, together with the Syrian authorities, has begun an urgent process to provide for the exit of civilians from the eastern Ghouta, as well as the evacuation of the sick and wounded," the statement said. Ending / 25 g
