Hamoudi: Iraq and Egypt have an active role in the security of the region
27/3/2018 12:00 am [rtl] BAGHDAD / Al-Sabah: First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Sheikh Humam Hamoudi said that the people of Iraq will not allow any country to violate the sovereignty of the country under any circumstance or address, while noting that Iraq and Egypt can play an effective role in the security and stability of the region. "Hamoudi received Egyptian Ambassador Alaa Moussa," Hamoudi said, adding that "Hamoudi stressed Iraq's keenness to strengthen its Arab, regional and international relations and to activate efforts to combat extremism and terrorism, Strengthen cooperation frameworks in all that will achieve security and stability for the two countries. " In turn, Ambassador Moussa praised the unity and courage of the people of Iraq against terrorism and their heroism, which displaced a black era from the region as a whole. "The bad picture that was reflected by the media about Iraq changed to me personally only when I worked in this country," he said.
