Abtan said in a statement that "the project of the capital of Baghdad for the Arab nation will have a positive outcome on the Iraqi youth by containing important topics concerned with the most important of which is to develop capabilities and enhance confidence as well as to combat unemployment and their role in leading the building of the state."
He added that "the ministry will show the project of Baghdad, the capital of the Arab world in a different and surprising for what will be put to the events and paragraphs have a significant impact on the participants in particular and the Iraqi youth in general."
