    He pointed out that "the liberation of Mosul opened the door wide for the return of the people to their homes and their normal lives after the trouble of displacement and today is dusting the war and the remnants of the darkness and rise again to record Iraqis in the book of history that they have joined the body of unity and fought under the banner of one Iraq and succeeded and dazzled the world this success and established a fence Impotent fortifies their cities of intruders and those who want evil in this country. "
    Abadi said, "Greetings to the martyrs and the wounded and those who contributed to this great achievement, and blessed to those who fought him, and a tribute to our honorable people."
    And pledged to fulfill "those sacrifices that displaced the gang, calling the criminal and defeated by the evil defeat and unity alone, we will be able to eliminate the remaining gangs and criminal cells and track them even outside the border where the heroes of Iraq from the armed forces and intelligence effort championships and pursue them to rid the country of their evils finally.
    And announced the start of the first steps of the stage of construction and reconstruction and stability of the liberated areas and all areas of Iraq.
    He also revealed the status of "the full plans and strategies for the reconstruction and reconstruction of the country, and it will be clear to our countrymen despite all the difficulties we have overcome in the days of the liberation of the land, and we will also overcome them in the stage of building and reconstruction in our unity to give the people of this country a unified, stable and prosperous Iraq."
    On July 10, 2017, Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi announced the liberation of the city by Iraqi forces from the grip of the Da'ash organization.
