Khazali: The decision of the Council of Ministers to stop the work of the Board of Commissioners play with fire and will not allow prejudice

The Secretary-General of the Movement of Asaib Ahl al-Haq, Qais al-Khazali, said Wednesday that the decision of the Council of Ministers, which was recently issued and directed constantly to stop the work of the Board of Commissioners is playing with fire, noting that it should not be allowed to apply.
"The recent decision by the Council of Ministers to stop the work of the High Commission of Elections despite the end of the investigation is a decision that is illegitimate and it is playing with fire and it has no value and the members of the Commission must return to their work and we will not allow any harm to them or their work," Khazali said.
The Council of Ministers issued on Tuesday, 29 August, a decree stating that according to the provisions of Article 4 of the Third Amendment Law of the Iraqi Council of Representatives Law No. 45 of 2013, the Council of Ministers decided that the provisions of the said law should be implemented, Until the completion of the investigation of the crimes of forgery referred to by the decision of the Council of Ministers, and all the decisions issued by them are invalid
