"In the name of Allah the Merciful, the Iraqi people, the sons of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] , Fayhaa, peace be upon you and the mercy and blessings of God, we follow with great interest and first of the development of the current situation in the province of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] as a result of continued demonstrations of citizens in protest against the continued deterioration of water and electricity services and the spread of unemployment and poverty, because of the recent increase in the salinity of drinking water and water pollution of the Shatt al - Arab, to lead to some unfortunate confrontations with security forces , resulting in deaths and injuries among our sons [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] who rushed some of them angry to set fire in some locations and government property.
a We are exerting tireless efforts at all levels to achieve quick, realistic and immediate measures to address this crisis and to meet the legitimate demands of the sons of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]To improve the conditions of their service and economic and address the manifestations of corruption and frustration in various areas of their own, we call on all our people in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] especially [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] protesting to prevail calm and exercise restraint, avoid collisions with security forces and damage to government sites.
We call on [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] local government and the federal government to work hard and immediately to respond to the demands of legitimate [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and to take quick and practical steps to improve services, especially electricity, water and health. Public services and address the difficulties faced by citizens in various areas of the province.
We urge the security forces in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] protect the security of the citizens and to ensure the right of the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] peacefully express their demands and feelings. We stress that the demonstrations should not be derailed.
