The highest judicial authority in Iraq obliges the President of the Republic to publish the law "disappeared since 2017"

Shafaq News/ Member of Parliament Basem Khashan announced, on Tuesday, that the Federal Supreme Court (the highest judicial authority in Iraq) has obligated the President of the Republic, Abd al-Latif Jamal Rashid, to publish a law regulating the work of advisors for the three presidencies in the country.
Khashan said in a post on social networking sites "Facebook" today, "Thank you to the Federal Supreme Court, which obligated the President of the Republic, based on the lawsuit I filed before it, to oblige him to publish the law regulating the work of consultants, which has disappeared since 2017."
He explained that this law had limited the number of advisers to the presidents of the republic, the Council of Ministers, and the House of Representatives to only six and a half of this number for ministers and those of their rank (conservatives), and this means that they have to demobilize some members of their armies.
He pointed out that "this law set conditions for advisers that were not met by most of those who were appointed to balance party quotas, and they are not assigned to work except for receiving the salary and enjoying the privileges."
