The South Korean presidential representative said Wednesday that the leaders of the two Koreas have practically declared an end to the state of war.

During his three-day visit to Pyongyang, the South Korean president will hold talks with the North Korean leader on improving relations between the two sides, nuclear disarmament, developing North Korea-US dialogue, Korean Peninsula.
Before going to Pyongyang, Moon Jinn said the upcoming inter-Korean summit would be of great importance if the North-US dialogue resumed.
It is worth mentioning that the current meeting between the two Koreans is the third this year. The two presidents signed a joint communique at the end of the first day of the summit, while South Korean Defense Minister Sun Yong Moo and North Korean Armed Forces Minister Gwan Chul signed a military agreement to stop large-scale artillery and military training near the demilitarized zone Between the two countries in order to calm the situation and prevent inappropriate and harmful incidents by improving relations between the two neighbors.
