    The report pointed out that "the cost of projects for the development and rehabilitation of roads and the establishment of new roads and bridges and service streets within the projects stagnant, which did not open criminal cases amounted to (150 billion billion) billion dinars, most notably the project design and implementation of the bridge step Imam Ali (p) and rehabilitation of the road - (28,000,000,000) billion dinars, most notably the establishment of scientific research centers at the University of Basra more than (8,000,000,000) billion dinars, in addition to building more Of 80 schools Kindergarten children and dozens of classrooms, and 18 in the exams hall in the Directorate of Education to maintain. "
    The report referred to the "dilapidated projects in the governorate where criminal cases have been opened. The number of these projects reached 43 projects, the most important of which is the holding of the Al Maqal Entertainment Complex at Al-Maqal Port, a joint operational investment project at a cost of $ 850,000,000,000.     He explained that "among these projects, the establishment of a hospital with a capacity of 200 beds in the district of Abu al-Khasib and specialized heart hospital of (252 billion) billion dinars, pointing out that the cost of the project to establish colleges in Abu Al-Khasib and Zubair transferred to a Spanish company amounted to (54 billion,000) The design and implementation of a network of waterways with pipelines and tiling and covering more than (48 billion,000) billion dinars, as well as the implementation of the second phase of the Shatt al-Arab central project about (10,000,000,000) billion dinars, in addition to a number of investment projects such as the cities of modern Basra and Basra and Medina The Hbah and residential complexes and projects of water, sewage and electric power transmission and construction of schools. "
