    The Integrity Commission announced that it had monitored 186 lagging projects in 11 governorates, with a value of $1.36 billion.
    In the semi-annual report for the year 2021, the authority said, "The authority monitored 186 lagging projects in one of 11 governorates during the first half of 2021, and the total value amounted to 533.2 billion dinars and 1 billion dollars," noting that it opened 96 files to recover funds during the first half of this year. Of which 13 files are ready, 15 files are under preparation, 66 files are united with files that are still under preparation, and two files are closed.
    She stressed that the authority recovered and prevented the waste of funds amounting to 253.5 billion dinars, in addition to 4.9 billion dollars.
