Leading student in the movement of change Saber Ismail, Tuesday, the central government to control the Kirkuk oil fields after the dominance of some Kurdish parties.
"Oil represents the right of all the Iraqi people and the distribution of their wealth must be included within the budget of the new year," Ismail said in a statement to the Agency.
He added that "the central government must be fully aware that there are parties trying to dominate the oil province of Kirkuk and fields belonging to the Kurdistan region."
