which became under the control of Baghdad after the events of last year, we
submitted a proposal to Oil Minister Jabbar al - Minister Haider Abadi on the export of these quantities through the pipeline transport in the region extending to the Turkish port of Ceyhan and under the direct supervision of the company "Sumo" national.

The proposal was welcomed by Baghdad but was not part of serious talks and discussions, he said.
