    The deputy of the mass of Sawnon Abbas Alioui, Saturday, the annual budgets referred to a committee of experts economic specialists from the study to prepare, because the previous budgets are traditional and prepared by simple employees.
    "The current budget and its predecessors were traditional budgets, just the distribution of funds on the operational and for projects that have no economic returns because of their lack of integration by setting up strategic projects with economic benefits," Aliawi said in a statement.
    "The annual budgets need high-level economic experts, from studying them to the preparation stage, without political interference, and not relying on simple employees, as in the past," he said.
    He called for "the inclusion of specialists for each province and the Ministry of the preparation team to develop economic integration plans over the coming years and the development of a strategic plan on the medium and long-term." Ending / 25
