Strategic expert Salah Bouchi called on Thursday to prepare an administrative and financial plan and a political model away from sectarianism in the budget, stressing that the budget in the valley and the government program in another and Prime Minister Adel [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/82334/%D8%B9%D8%A8%D8%AF %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D9%87%D8%AF%D9%8A]Abdul Mahdi[/url]will suffer.
"The increases in the 2019 budget are not necessary and could have gone," Bushi said, adding that "the existence of the final accounts means the right beginning of the next phase and its absence is a disaster for fiscal policy and complex accumulations."
He added that 'the budget that will pass is devoid of all that serves the Iraqi people and the youth sector,' explaining that 'the budget in the valley and the government program in the other and Abdul-Mahdi will fall in errors that prevent balance in fiscal policy and parliament will bear the responsibility for his program.'
