President Barham Saleh said on Monday that Iraq is lucky to its neighbors, especially Iran, while calling for the need to move the Iraqi-Iranian relations to a welcoming space.
"We have to move the relations between Iraq and Iran to a welcoming space," Saleh said in a joint press conference with his Iranian counterpart Hassan Rowhani. "Iraq is lucky to its neighbors."
Saleh added that "Iraq is today the forum between the countries of the region," pointing to the need to "create an integrated system of common interests." Ending / 25
