Legal expert: The new traffic law "lags behind" the world reality

Legal expert Tarek Harb criticized [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/111390/%D9%82%D8%A7%D9%86%D9%88%D9%86 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%B1%D9%88%D8%B1]the[/url] new [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/111390/%D9%82%D8%A7%D9%86%D9%88%D9%86 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%B1%D9%88%D8%B1]traffic law[/url] as " [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] traffic reality in the world for [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] severe [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and fines."
Harb said in a press statement: "This law [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] global reality and what has reached the European countries in regulating traffic matters, to include [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and fines that were better mitigated."
He added: "What came in the Penal Code in the case of the killing of a person with a gun negligently sentence of imprisonment for five years or less in accordance with the provisions of Article 411 of Law No. 111 of 1969 currently in force, either one person was killed negligently car, according to the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/111390/%D9%82%D8%A7%D9%86%D9%88%D9%86 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%B1%D9%88%D8%B1]traffic law[/url] , is punished with imprisonment for at least Seven years and a fine of not less than five million dinars, "he wondered:" How is that true?
