    The legal expert Tareq Harb, the maximum duration to complete the constitutionality of the election of the three presidencies and ministries specific two months and a half. He said in today's statement

'  He continued, 'that the period from 14.08.2014 till 14.09.2014  is how long it takes the candidate of the naming of the Cabinet and the preparation of the ministerial program so that Article 76 / II of the Constitution necessitated the formation of the ministry in charge of naming ministers and prepare the ministerial program within 30 days from the date of commissioning ', stressing' that it is possible to reduce the duration Alstoria extended less than that because there is no constitutional objection that these measures be in only one week. '

    He stressed 'that he must include the election of the presidency the next session of parliament, to be elected President of the Republic, as it can not be for the Parliament electing the president only after his election, and can not be assigned to a candidate for the ministry without the presence of a new President of the Republic'.

    He continued, "If the situation continues between the political blocs on what it in the next session,  it requires the intervention of the National Alliance, which has the majority of votes to form a presidencies and ministries without the need for the voices of any parliamentary bloc other and making the right decision to save the political process, as long as there is a difference significantly between the blocs'.

    And between 'the calls of urgency in the election presidencies and ministries issued by the United Nations and the United States, Britain and other despite the fact that these calls advocating the so-called government of national unity, and get everyone involved and distribution of quotas on the whole and so that leads inherently to delay the completion of the required timely constitutional and hampered as long as the the distribution of the cake will be on everyone as you can see these calls.
