Al-Maksousi said in a press statement, "I asked the Presidency to intervene in the session in light of the legislative procedures to question the Prime Minister."
She added that "Halbousi responded to me that there must be a point of order for this, and requested this point to abide by the rules of procedure that ensured the deputy to express his opinion," noting that "during the first year of parliament there were interventions even without a point of order."
Al-Maksousi sharply criticized the speaker for not allowing her to clarify some of the procedures of questioning the prime minister obtained from the Legislative Affairs Advisor on 14/10/2019, which included a set of procedures on how to question the prime minister and the time limit.
