    The leader of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Ghiath Al-Surji, confirmed on Thursday that the position of the Kurdistan region regarding foreign presence on its soil will follow the decision of the executive authority in Baghdad, pointing out that the presence of those forces in the region came through agreements with Baghdad.
