Shafaq News / U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, said that the Iraqi government had committed a mistake by not reaching an agreement with Washington on keeping soldiers from the U.S. military on Iraqi soil, on the background of the situation in the country from attacks and the control of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant "Daash "on a number of areas

    .
Clinton said in her interview with "CNN" news network , seen by "Shafaq News", that “ the Iraqi government should be much more comprehensive, "as the Shiite majority is managing the country and criticism are directed at the authorities in Iraq to marginalize the Sunni sect and clans

    . "
On the cooperation between America and Iran to help restoring stability in Iraq, the former minister said, "I'm not ready to say that we will go with Iran in support of stability

    ."
Gunmen controlled large areas in northern Iraq during the past week, after the battles fought with Iraqi government forces.

We all know from reports here that Clinton is fudging the details... Iraq offered limited immunity Obama said no ....  Clinton knows all too well .... she cannot name a  country where US forces have unlimited immunity....

“The United States has entered agreements where it maintains exclusive jurisdiction, but the more common agreement results in shared jurisdiction between the United States and the signatory country. Exclusive jurisdiction is when the United States retains the right to exercise all criminal and disciplinary jurisdiction for violations of the laws of the foreign nation while the individual is present in that country. Shared jurisdiction occurs when each party to the agreement retains exclusive jurisdiction over certain offenses, but also allows the United States to request that the host country waive jurisdiction in favor of the United States.”

There is no country in the world in which the U.S. has 10,000 + service members and that country not have primary jurisdiction over those U.S. service members in the vast majority of crimes.

....“where the U.S. has significant numbers of troops in foreign countries, those foreign countries have primary jurisdiction over U.S. troops in the vast majority of crimes. And those are the countries/regions Kerry listed, Japan, Korea and Europe. So for Kerry to list those countries and claim an equivalency between the SOFA standards there versus Afghanistan is flat out wrong.”

Ok there you have it.... Clinton is bending the details and here is the proof.

Exactly, It was all about removing the troops to hold Iraq over a barrel and basically allow this to happen so they would beg us to come back in a give up everything in the process, very similarly to local municipalities in the US that loose a bond election and subsequently cut Police, Fire and Education in order to teach the population a lesson.

But yes Clinton is definitely pulling the company line so to speak. Saddest part is, most of the people in the US will buy that nonsense hook line and sinker
