[rtl]Today, Monday, legal expert Ali Al-Tamimi explained what the national rescue government is calling for, in the event of the failure to form a government that will pave the way for early elections in Iraq.[/rtl]
[rtl]"The government of national salvation is formed by a decision of the Security Council in accordance with Article 39 of it, Chapter Seven, and it is in countries that witness general instability or threaten international peace, whether in it or the world," said legal expert Ali al-Tamimi, in a leaflet followed by "Tomorrow Press".[/rtl]
[rtl]He added, "This government is formed under international guardianship, as happened after the Second World War for the colonial countries. A transitional period in which these countries are run from national personalities is called under the supervision of the United Nations until the election of a government in accordance with the Yassin constitution."[/rtl]
[rtl]Al-Tamimi continued, "As for the national unity government, it is legitimately elected according to a valid constitution and a general popular choice."[/rtl]
